Now, as you will about to see, I am promising a photo every day. Not a GOOD photo.
And this "every day" thing is a pretty high goal. We'll see how that goes.
Jan 1 - the cat and the Christmas Tree skirt, pathetically begging me to leave it alone. Why, mean lady, did you take down our tree? I loved our tree. I loved this soft blanket under the tree. You aren't going to take this, too, are you?

Jan 2 - lazy day of football and games:

Jan 3 - mom and dad are back to work so the kids are with their grandparents. K and Grandma were busy sewing. K got this little project along with a sewing machine for Christmas, and she was so excited to make Ivy a dress:

Jan 4 - Mike and I had a no-kids night out at my favorite Omaha restaurant, and I completely forgot to take a picture. So I took a picture of the cookies that they give you as you leave. Only I dropped the bag as we left the restaurant and I broke the cookies. So like I said, I didn't promise GOOD pictures:

Jan 5 - making sandwiches:

Jan 6 - Movie Night:

Jan 7 - Chef G with his fancy tuna melts and orange burping cow:

Jan 8 - Happy 1/2 birthday, N!

Jan 9 - Chef G at work. It is really hard to flip those eggs without breaking the yolk is what he learned on this day.

Jan 10 - Chef G with his fondue dessert meal:

Jan 11 - we won a Nestle prize pack with my favorite Paul Frank monkey. Yay!

Jan 12 - Marmalade

Jan 13 - all ready for school, waffle in hand:

Jan 14 - um, we may have gone somewhere fun. Without the kids.

Jan 15 - SUNSHINE!
